Psychosynthesis Counselling & Psychotherapy
I am a UKCP Counsellor and Psychotherapist working in Birmingham and Stourbridge.
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for people who wish to deepen their understanding and awareness of themselves, to find support in a time of distress, or to address a particular issue.
My aim in both short and longer term work is to enable you to enhance your life and live it more fully.
Psychosynthesis psychotherapy works with body, soul and Self. It is an ‘integrative’ approach which recognises meaning in distress and fosters empowerment, creativity and our potential for growth. In this way challenges become opportunities for change: we can make new choices which express our unique qualities and gifts with authenticity and depth.
Issues may include:
difficulties with relationship, anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, loss, redundancy, (mid-) life crisis, decision-making, low self-esteem, loss of purpose and direction, feelings of emptiness, lack of meaning, crisis of identity, feeling trapped in recurring patterns in your life.
Counselling and Psychotherapy have been experienced and recognised as effective ways of addressing these and other issues.
If you would like to know more or to arrange an appointment please get in touch.
All enquiries are treated in strict confidence.
